Did anyone else watch this? Both I and my roommate really liked it. I loved the color saruration - very stunning and fairy-tale-ish.

I did!!! Well, I only was able to catch the last 10 minutes at work but I have it on my DVR at home and I'll watch it soon.

I really liked what I saw though. I happen to be a very big Jim Dale fan, so the narration was enough to get me into it. I also loved the way it was shot and edited. =)

It was a cross between "Sports Night" (in the dialouge) and "The Royal Tennenbaums" (quirky characters, color saturation) and, I'm not even sure what.

Maybe a dash of Tim Burton's The Corpse Bride?  I liked this show a lot toosmile.

I guess I'm the odd man out. I tried watching the first episode yesterday, and turned it off halfway through. I kept waiting for something to happen to hook me, and nothing ever did. I loved the way it was shot, the sets, etc....but the story itself seemed really blah to me.hmm
