My mom wants to decorate her new living room sort of pottery barn style. With the couch being a sectional with a lounger. She is askinig for my help.
Im looking for a sectional with lounger that is super comfy and also some decorating inspiration that is similiar to pottery barn, but not pottery barn. Because I think we need to look at other comfy sectionals other than pottery barn and get more inspiration.

I'd get a PB catalog if you/she doesn't already have one, and go through ripping out pages that have rooms/pieces she really likes the look and feel of. PB's style is sort of Eclectic Traditional, and the eclectic part makes is easy to recreate. I did my house in a very similar aesthetic, with a slightly ethnic twist, and alot of our main pieces came from Pier 1. The mixed and matched found objects is a big part of the appeal IMO.
PB furniture is insanely overpriced for what it is. Places that I've found to have more reasonable prices are the local places (warehouse and showroom styles), Pier 1, Cost Plus World Market, Wickes, etc. For example, our Pier 1 sofa is absolutely identical to this PB one:
The only exception being is that we have 3 cushions across the seat and back instead of 2. PB's version costs $1,600 before delivery, we got our Pier 1 version for half that. PB is kind of like Anthropologie is for clothing - you're paying for the editing they do of the collection more than you are for the items themselves!
