wow- what a PITA!! they make it unbelievably complicated & difficult for you- you have to go thru a long phone call to get approval, then you have to ship each item separately and they charge you shipping/restocking for each thing- then it takes aaaaages to get a refund- i've been dealing w/trying to return 2 dresses for 2 months! never again...
