Let me preface I know this is not exactly everyone's style. The few friends I showed it too weren't huge fans but I don't care because I love it.
It's by Justin Alexander Couture. The lace jacket/longsleeve bolero thing is removable. While I love the idea of having my shoulders covered during the ceremony, it's a little too beaded IRL so I think I'm going to have the alterations lady rework it or comeup with something else. Underneath its strapless with the sweetheart neckline you can kinda see.
It has a cathedral train and I'm pairing it with a Tomasina long veil that's like a mantilla but the lace starts half way down.
And it will look smashing with my strappy gold Manolos purchased for the wedding!
WOW! That is a truly stunning dress! How could anyone not like it?! I mean surely it's not everyone's personal style - I would never be able to pull it off - but that doesn't change that it's a very unique and amazing work of art! That you get to wear!
Congrats on your dress !

The detail on the dress is really stunning. I think with that dress, you'll be able to look back at your wedding pictures 50 years from now and it will still be classically beautiful, like Grace Kelly's dress is.
