A-line jackets....
Permalink Closed

I was wondering what everyones veiews were on these types of jackets/coats. I am a curvy girl at size 14/16, I was wondering if this cut is more for smaller girls, or if it would work on someone my size, I was thinking the cut would hide things haha but maybe it would emphasize??........Here is the jacket in question:

I don't think they look good on anyone. Even the stick-thin models. I'm a 6/8 and there is no way I'd be caught wearing one. But, then again, I generally don't like the more voluminous things that are everywhere now anyway

I agree with tara but then I have an hourglass shape with a 10" difference between my waist and hip measurement so this style just makes me look large and shapeless.  It might be more flattering on an apple shaped body.

I'm not a big fan of this cut.

Because of where the seam falls, it makes chests look big and hangs from there, making everyone who wears them look large and shapless.
