I am doing really well, and I wake up every morning, excited to fly. I fly 4-5 days a week, and I am about 6 months away from getting my commercial and my instructor license. I have a job offer to teach after I get my instructor license, and I will do that for about a year to get my hours up.
But that's a ways off, so I am not thinking about it too much at the moment.
This is how I have been spending my mornings this past week before I go do my "real" job (my business).
We fly, buzz some lakes, then find a place to have lunch. Usually, it's a confined spot so I can practice my confined landings and max performance (vertical) takes offs. So if you one of you guys get stuck in a valley somewhere, I can come rescue you.
This was yesterday. I found a spot on a river in southern Virginia, and we stopped and enjoyed some sandwiches and cupcakes and relaxed for a bit. Then we had to race a storm back to the airport. It looked really cool seeing the weather front move in from the air.
How cool! That helicopter looks so tiny from this angle, or is really that small. I think you should have your own reality tv show...I would totally watch!
