I bedding very similar to this except the white part is tropical looking flowers rather.   Also, mine is more of a deep red, rather than orange.  Does anyone have ideas for the sheets, besides white?  I'm having trouble coming up with other ideas.

I think it really depends on the rest of the room...What color are the walls?  Do you have an accent color?  What kind of look are you going for?

It's kind of hard to say without seeing the exact colore, but white always looks nice and crisp against red.  For a rich look a deep purple or plum might work...gray, khaki or a sage green might work if you wanted a more nuetral look.  If you like brights, yellow or turquioise might work.  Pale pink or light blue could also work.  I think it really depends on the rest of the room but I think you will find that you have more options than you think with the red/white scheme.

Walls are a brownish color (not my choice, this was just the color when I moved in).  I don't really have a theme I'm going for right now...mainly because I live in a rental and don't want to dedicate too much money to the place because I'll prob move soon.

I love the look of a lot of West Elm's bedding.  I have no idea what the quality is like, but they have pretty things.  I also think you could layering different colors could be pretty, like having a light brown dust ruffle with matching sheets and some darker chocolate-y brown or sage green accent pillows and pillowcases.

I especially like this one and I think brown or orange could work well:
morocco embroidered sheet set + pillowcases

This one in the flax color could be pretty too:
bamboo/cotton sheet set

These in the putty (brown) or green would also look nice:
solid sheet set + pillowcases

There's a lot of variety in red, but try a dark khaki or taupe. I find dark-colored sheets more relaxing and "cooler" somehow, which I like in the summer when the bedroom is still 85 degrees at bedtime!

Turquoise or teal could be fun, too.
