Trying again - looking for Chloe style on a Kooba budget

Thanks everyone for your feedback regarding the Kooba bag I posted earlier - I wasn't quite sure about it, and your opinions confirmed my feeling!

So in my ideal world, I would be a billionaire, or even millionaire, and buy my bsolute fav bag, the Chloe Edith

But what can I get on a Kooba budget???  The bag below is Hayden Harnett - has anyone seen it?  Could it fulfill my Chloe lust??  Have you seen anything else in a similar in shape/size to the Edith?

Have you checked Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's - they're having their sales right now. I saw a table full of Chloe bags on sale last night. Also Chloe store was having a sale too.

Hayden Harnett bags are wonderful. I have the ana frame bag. The hardware is nice and the leather is sooooo soft. The color is very vibrant too.

But Chloe is hard to get over . . .

If you absolutely know you want the Edith, you should hold out and save or look for a sale. The Hayden Harnett is nice, but it sounds like you really only want the Edith.

I would just save up for the Chloe.  If you spend your money on something you really don't want, you will always wish for the Chloe.

Again, not the answer you probably want to hear but I'd save up for what you really want. 

Net-a-porter also had a bunch of Chloe's marked down...at least they did yesterday.

I was just going to say that I've seen them as low as $680 before.  Back in January I  ordered the jade color (I think on BergdorfGoodman.com) for that price, but it was OOS.  Also, Neiman Marcus has had them recently in the $750 ballpark.

i think nordstrom has some ediths marked down. the one by me was doing pre-sales for them at 40% off, a few weeks ago. the sa told me that the sale started on 6/6 so you might be able to find one.
