We have a serious bee problem in our backyard - yellowjackets and hornets specifically . We sprayed the nests we could find with eco-friendly bug killer, but I think there are more around we can't see/reach. We've also been making traps for them, but they have yet to succumb to hanging meat traps or sugary soda traps!
I am so, so scared of bees! And all they do when I'm outside is dive bomb me!
Has anyone had any luck with a particular bee-eliminator, store bought or homemade? I'll spring for the $10-each traps you can buy if they really do work .....

Sorry Elle, I don't have a solution or suggestion. I just wanted to say I share your pain. Last weekend we had a bee in our yard that my sister called a 'flying puppy'. I took it one step further and dubbed it an 'airborne pony'. My mother completely freaked out. She may never visit me again!! Between the bees and the plethora of bats she was a basket case by the end of the weekend.
