i'm completely addicted! is anyone else on stylehive? i think i saw that kitty had her page listed in her signature a while back. it's sort of a site where you network through your cool shopping finds. it's a great way to find indie designers and cool items that you might not have otherwise known about. there is a LOT of clothing and accessories, plus home items and some beauty items too. fun. fun. fun!

I'm not on it, but I've always wondered exactly how it works and what you do there. I always end up there when I'm searching for a specific item on google.

So basically you post stuff you like and other comment on it?

first you sign up for an account (it's fast and easy and painless). then download the little bookmarklet tool. here's a link that explains how to do it. (again, it's super easy and fast)

http://blog.stylehive.com/index.php/faq/C46/#bookmarklet

then when you see something online that you like and want to add, you just click on your bookmarklet button (i keep mine on my browser toolbar) and a little window will pop up so that you can quickly add it to your "hive".

it makes this great little collection of all things that you love. people can then view your "hive" and add things from it into their hive and so on.

i dunno. maybe i'm crazy, but i think it's fun.

Thanks, hotcocoa! I've been intrigued by that site but wasn't sure how it works. Your instructions were really helpful - and I'm addicted already! Here's mine:

word of warning - don't get too comfortable over there -- there will be no need to go there in the near future smile

can't tell you yet...
