I just finished reading The Time Traveler's Wife. It was an excellent read and I cried at the end. BTW, they are turning it into a movie with Eric Bana and Rachel McAdams.
I am reading an anthology of M. F. K. Fisher's writing about food - fantastic - even if you aren't a cook. I just finished a biography of Julia Child called "Appetite for Life." She was a really interesting person and led a remarkable life.
I'm about 30 pages from the end. I LOVE Barbara Kingsolver!
My mom gave me this book and it's just been sitting on my nightstand staring at me since. Mom says its a super easy, super fast read so I'll probably go ahead and read it since I have nothing else in mind right now.
I just finished The Time Traveler's Wife. It was different than I expected. It definately does not make my must-read list, but it was entertaining and a bit thought-provoking.
I am a huge fan of the classics, but I wanted something REALLY light to read and picked this up:
Lynnie- My favorite book is Great Gatsby. A book you should check out is Rebecca by Daphne Du Maurier. I always recommend it and GG when someone is looking for a good classic.
I just read Everyone worth knowing a couple of months ago and it's such a fun read.
I just finished Sammy's Hill, by Al Gore's daughter Kristin Gore...it was hilarious! (and i'm a republican!) Apparently she was/is(?) a writer for SNL as well...soo funny...
I liked it so much I just ordered the sequal

Ditto. I wasn't exactly dying to read it every night, it was okay.
