I promise I will post something nice here someday. But, in the meantime...

Watch your Dividend Miles with USAir (and probably other frequent flyer mile programs). If you are "inactive" for 18 consecutive months (i.e., haven't flown), you could/will "forfeit" your miles that you have earned. I have a customer service request filed with USAir right now. I didn't forfeit sh*t - - that's what I want to tell them. 22,000+ miles!

Anyone else deal with this?

Eww that sucks. I hope you can work it out. I hate how Southwest will expire your RR credits every 2 years if not used. Its difficult to build up enough credits for a flight in 2 years since I don't travel much.

Yeah.  It's especially annoying because they didn't happen to mention this little tid-bit until after "I had forfeited my miles."  I love how they make it sound like it was something I did!  Oh well.

that really sucks, but it was def. in my contract when I signed up with them. (I'm completely anal about reading the fine print on everything) Maybe they'll be nice to you though...
