This is what I get for not preparing myself in advance....
So this morning I didnt have any breakfast and grabbed a mango on my way to work. I ate the mango at 10:30 and went to lunch at 2:30...I was STARVING! My co-worker had offered to pick up a sandwich for me, but after I found out how calories those things had, I decided to pass. So I picked up a few things at the grocery store and literally devoured the following:
That doesn't sound like too many calories, it does sound like you got in a good amount of fat though. Good fat, but I'd do something low fat for dinner.
I'm not really addressing this as a weight loss issue, mainly just a keeping things in porportion for your health issue.
