I have seen this pallete featured everywhere. It looks beautiful but I wouldn't even bother with it since I have blue eyes. I don't think its the most flattering, wearable collection of colors. Blue is fun every now and then but how many damned shades of blue can you possibly need in your makeup bag?
I really like it. I don't have it, but if the colors are sheer, I think it would be very wearable. I have dark blue eyes (that sometimes look grey, green or purple) and I find that certain shades of blue eye shadow (usually lighter or brighter shades) just at my top lash line and a little on my lid makes my eyes pop. It seems counterintuitive- blue on blue- but it really works.
I posted a response and it got lost in the posting process.
Anyways... I bought it and received it a few weeks ago. I have used it maybe 2 times. I hate the thing because it is too sheer for my tastes. I am use to the pigments in stila and cargo eyeshadows and this pallette does not compare. If I hadn't shredded the receipt into millions of pieces I would return it to Nordies. I think if you like barely there color on your eyes then you should like this palette. I personally went to sephora and bought 2 stila eyeshadows in gold and white to use for summer as well as my cargo stand by (corsica).
BTW I also have blue eyes and have never had an issue with colors looking bad with my blue eyes.
i have blue eyes and love wearing navy liner or mascara. i love the way the palette looks on mallory's eyes (remember her?), but something about frosty blue eye shadow just looks very 80's on me. i cant ever get it to look natural, so i stick to neutral eyeshadows.
Tati - do you think they'd give me store credit instead of exchanging it for something else bobbi brown? I've never dealt with bobbi brown so I'm not sure what they are like and what their policies are.
I cant believe I missed this post. I've been wanting to try it, I actually almost bought it today, but I went on a search for reviews on it. I a lot of reviews said its very sheer, and I decided against it because of that.
