ebates question -are they reputable?

OMG! Bloomie do it!! I would recommend everyone to try things on instore but then buy online!! Why not shop and get cash back for it?!

Bloomie, ebates is 100% reputable, I've used them and already gotten my rewards from them thru paypal.
They send you confirmation emails as your credits post and emails to let you know when they credit your paypal or whatever payment form you opt to use when you sign up (for FREE MIND YOU!!)

It's so worth it, I don't get why everyone doesn't buy online?!!

Just remember to click the vendor link through their website and that's all!!!! And the best part is, you can use all the coupons and discount codes you have to get you discounts, and then, on top of that get cash back....I tell allllll of my friends to use ebates.

I also am a subscriber to LUCKY magazine, so I also am a member of www.luckymagrewards.com so I also use them to get cash back.

Whichever one, either ebates or luckymagrewards offers the most %age cash back, thats the site I use and go through.....luckymagrewards is also good, but they just take alittle bit longer to cut you your check.

But either way, its soooo worth it!!!

I just guess I always have adhered to the principle that you don't get something for nothing. I mean, why would they want to give me money and me do nothing for them? But if it is reputable, I will do it.

bloomie, I think they get money from the stores you buy from which is why they track your purchase when you click through their site, so they are making money somehow

Yep, I just got a check a few months ago. I always buy my contacts through them because they give 7% back. (Or similar.) I forget to use it on other purchases but I always get money back when I do.

Yup. They pay. The only reason I don't use them is because I use other reward/rebate programs that allow me to earn money on doing other things besides shopping.

I'm gonna help D out here and say that if you can't get money through a website (or would like to help keep stylethread around) please use the links at the top and bottom of the pages. It works similar to what was mentioned above, but helps to pay for upkeep and the price of the website.

OMG absolutely! will do Heather and thanks for the insight....I guess I'm just oblivious and dumb at times and don't realize these things.....I have to say I just joined these forums a few weeks ago but absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

I belong to a few different points and cashback programs, so before I buy online I go to evreward to see which program will give me the most cash (or points) back for the site I'm going to.

I love ebates, they have already sent me a couple of "big fat checks". I also joined upromise a few weeks ago to help me throw a little money at my student loan.
