For personal reasons I won't get into in public, I have quit playing for the American team, and I am now playing for this team:

They are mostly American ex-pats with whom I have become very good friends, and they feel that I would make a good fit and invited me to join.

So I accepted. 

I am kind of sad that I won't be playing for America anymore, but I am excited about playing with my friends.
