E: I just did a yoga video that kicked my ass! I'm about to leave for a short walk, too, before it gets dark

Escrime, that's awesome! You eat meals I would eat, but just in a different order :) And I bet it's good for your body and your workout to get started with a protein-packed meal.
I'm glad you girls have gotten this thread going again. It's really helpful to be held accountable and know I have to write down everything I eat.
