I stepped on the scale this morning, and I have gained 15 lbs since Xmas. Recovering from my injury did not help at all because I think I gained 8-10 lbs while I couldn't work out hard core like I used to.
I am back on the bandwagon, now that I am cleared for running and spinning! I have 4 weeks to lose at least 5 lbs before my trip to the Maldives, and I plan on losing the rest by July 1.
I can't fit it ANY of my clothes, and I get depressed when I buy new clothes in a bigger size, so I have been going around wearing cargo pants and t-shirts. I am tired of them!
Anyway:
Breakfast: Oatmeal Snack: Coffee and Snackwell cookies Lunch: Lemon Pepper Tuna Fish on whole wheat pita with a lot of cauliflower Snack: Orange Dinner: Low Fat Curried Chicken Salad in whole wheat tortilla
Breakfast: Coffee, granola w/ lf yogurt and strawberries Lunch: Few crackers, small piece of brie, smoked salmon - Actually, I ate so much salmon I can't imagine that I'll ever be hungry again in my lifetime. Dinner: Maybe oatmeal again.
I am with you Escrime - 10 pounds since Christmas. Busy season was not kind to me this year. I have 5 weeks to lose 5 pounds and then I want to lose the remaining 15 by December of this year. So to motivate me I'm walking to disney hopefully I'll make it there before my trip next fall :)
B: Kashi GLC with blueberries and skim milk (3 pts)
L: 1 cup grapes (1 pt), 1 ham and cheese sandwich on lite bread (2 pts), 1 banana (2pts)
S: baby dill pickles (0pts)
D: homemade egg rolls (3 egg rolls), rice noodles (1/2 cup), and fish sauce (I have no earthly idea on points. I'm thinking 10pts but have budgeted for more), 1 sliced apple (1pt)
E: Cardio - 40 mins might try lifting weights on my arms since my legs are still hurting.
B: ummm some kind of wheat cereal? I forget what it's called L: a mini butterfinger bar, spaghetti, iced tea D: baked haddock, steamed broccoli, and rice. I feel healthy
E: more cleaning, hopefully some yoga too
