Woah. I tried on my bathing suit last night. Last year it was smokin' hot on me. Last night I could barely squeeze into it. I need to do something about it before next month, when BF's pool will be ready to use!
B: cheerios L: chicken nugget happy meal with a diet coke D: baked chicken breast, baked potato, grapes, iced tea, a few small butterfinger bars (uggh, I know, I'm the one who wanted to start this up again to quit eating crap! I need someone to follow me around and beat me when I do thinks like this)
E: cleaning my apartment (believe it, it will be a workout!) and then doing a yoga video in the space I'll have cleared out in front of the TV

I did the prevention fitness 10 min workout (belly butt and thighs 10 mins each) sunday and I'm still barely able to walk. I might try walking at a moderate pace for 30 mins tonight to try and work through this pain but i"m not sure.
