Does anyone ever notice that you get a hole in your clothing from the sensor? I'm so annoyed. It's happened 5 times already. I couldn't return them either because it was over the time limit. Now, when I purchase anything delicate there, I ask them to check if there's a hole before I purchase it. I once asked why don't they just sensor them in the seam? She said because then it would easily be torn off for the shoplifters. Urgh.....

I have found that Forever21 isnt even worth the cheapo prices because you can only count on the clothing lasting for one wear. Also the fits are so inconsistent, I often go into the fitting room with 8 items and buy nothing. Its a waste of time and money if you ask me.

I do the same thing - I go into the fitting room with an armload of junk and come out with nothing. I do that everywhere, but f21 is especially bad. Still, every few months I find something super cute and exactly what I want, so I keep going back all the time, just hoping. Even though I know their whole deal is that they get fashionable designs for super cheap prices, a lot of the time everything is just a little off and I end up coming out empty handed. I do like them for cheap headbands and jewelry, though - although the jewelry doesn't last very long either. I love a necklace I got from there but only wore it twice before half the paint chipped off (I didn't even realize it was painted!)

But what I hate perhaps the most is the return policy. You can only return things within 3 weeks, and can only get store credit! Uggghhh. They'd probably make a lot more money off of me if I knew I could take something home, play around with it, and return it if I'm not feeling it. But I can't risk anything.

Their return policy sucks, but that's why everything is so cheap. You can't have it both ways - super, super cheap stuff, and a great return policy. With the rate they turn stuff around, it doesn't make sense for them to take anything back after 3 weeks. It's just part of their business model and why they are able to keep prices so low.

I love forever21 for trendy stuff..and i just go into knowing that the clothing won't last. Sometimes the quality really isn't that shitty, either. I've gotten stuff from there that's lasted 2 years or more. Just depends.
