Happy Friday!! I'm sooooo glad this week is almost over.
A couple of small victories - My husband stopped at Einstein Bros to pick up bagels for work (we car pool) and I didn't even go in. Also, there were bagels left over from catering yesterday and someone left one on my desk and I gave it away. I really don't have a lot of self control, so kind of a big deal for me.
B: two scrambled eggs, 1 bacon, 1 sausage link, non fat cappuccino (about 440 cal)
Afternoon. I had originally planned on this being a good day but I'm getting kinda antsy to get out of my apartment/work site so I might just turn this into my bad day which I had planned for tomorrow instead.
B: Kashi Go Lean Crunch, skim milk, blueberries
L: Crawfish etouffee
D: either shrimp casserole or going out to eat. The shrimp would be healthier.
Break: Kashi Hear to Heart w/ nf milk, cup of coffee Snack: Banana Lunch: Chicken burrito Dinner: Don't know yet, hopefully something light w/ veggies since lunch was kind of big
not such a good day...I was too busy at work to eat and I didn't get to leave until 8.
