Anyone up for this again? I was doing so well for awhile but I completely fell off the wagon and I have to start trying again. We're going to FL in the middle of April and I want to be able to wear a swimsuit without feeling like absolute crap. I just started this two week "express diet" thing that totally eliminates sugar and carbs. Basically I can eat eggs, nuts, meat, vegetables, and cheese. It will be hard because I eat a lot of cereal and pasta, but I need to make an attempt to cut back on that stuff anyway.
B: Two scrambled eggs and a sausage link S: Cashews L: Celery and low fat cottage cheese S:Don't know. Maybe a handful of mixed nuts if I can steal them from themeeting that's being catered. D:Planning on a chicken cashew salad from Culver's. So yummy!
E:Not sure because I haven't been to the gym in nearly three weeks.I'll do atleast 45 min cardio and lower body lifting.
b: none (I slept through it today) l: garden salad topped with cajun grilled chicken breast and hot sauce s: 2 girl scout cookies d: whole wheat fetucini with spicy red clam sauce and a roll
B: slice of fat free multigrain with almond butter, glass of nonfat soymilk S: kashi peanut peanut butter tasty little chewies (Granola type bar) L: Trader Joe veggie corn dog, orzo w/ lf feta, red and yellow peppers, broccoli, chicken, green onion in a red wine, honey, olive oil vinegarette. D: don't know yet
E: 20 minutes on the stationary bike and weights during lunch hour.
B: Lowfat yogurt w/ granola and strawberries Snack: Banana Lunch: Lean Gourmet Swedish Meatball heat and eat meal Snack: Apple, Laughing Cow cheese wedge, 1/2 a luna bar Dinner: Crab cake and spinach salad
B: kashi granola bar S: Ruffles Light chips (one serving) L: Cheesburger w/o bun D: nacho bar
not so hot, i will be better tomorrow.
