Good grief, I can't believe some of you all have "known" each other for 6-7 years! Whew!

I found my way over here through the Lucky forum. I posted on there for awhile before I became fed up with the bitchiness and the trolls and someone mentioned ST and I've been here ever since. Odd that now I can't even remember who mentioned ST in the first place!

Same here! started with Lucky, went on over to FH, then to Stylethread. I was MIA for a good year or so though when I was getting married...but its been about at least 5 years.

I was bored at work one day and wondered why there werent any sites where real people posted their outfits. I went to check the Lucky Forums to see if anything had improved since the last time I checked (I never liked the environment) and someone posted about other favorite fashion sites. I cliked on this one and I remember it directed me to FP's thread style posts and I remember jumping out of my chair to tell my friend (who worked w/me at the time) how excited I was about FINALLY finding a site. She looked at me like I was weird...but occasionally when I walk by her new desk she's lurking on ST!

Me either! I remember people who aren't around anymore, old names, the old "FH uniform," and so many other things. It's definitely my most-visited site. Just don't tell my boss.

Same here. I think I only posted a couple of times on Lucky, though. Someone mentioned ST and I thought I'd check it out - and was hooked almost immediately! I had just moved to the country and knew almost nothing about US designers or stores.
