I have to have this. It would go perfectly in my living room/sitting area. But it's $1000 and that's not in my budget right now. Does anyone know of anything similar?

I like it too. This should be easy to replicate, though you may have to switch the hardware. Try a search for Bombé or Bombay chest.

ETA: I will definitely keep an eye out!
