I like Good Eats, Iron Chef America, Paula Deen, and sometimes I watch Rachael Ray's various shows. I absolutely despise Sandra Lee and Giada Delaurentis though!

i adore giada, too! she reminds me of my mom's good friend. i also like ina, paula, and i'll watch 30 minute meals every now and then. i sometimes watch michael chiarello, but i don't think i've ever used his recipes.
i cannot stand bobby flay (such a smarmy leprechaun) or sandra lee (!#$@%). if i die without ever hearing the word 'tablescape,' i'll be very, very happy.

i love paula and giada, i use their recipes the most and they turn out very yummy! i also like to watch michael chiarello, but like squishy...i don't think i've ever used his recipes. and sandra lee also drives me crazy, she is just way too crafty and "cheerleadery" for me(no offense to any cheerleaders out there). oh and good eats is usually pretty entertaining and informative.
Good Eats (DH is obsessed with Alton Brown... if AB says it, it's the gospel-truth!).
Giada (We both love her)
Ina Garten (My personal fav)
Emeril (every once in a while)
I can't stand Paula, though. All of the recipes I've watched her make were fattening and butter-filled... and she says snotty things about vegetarians, which is annoying.
Tyler , Alton and Ina1 i can not stand Rachel (EVOO Yum- O makes me gag) and Giadas accent w/ certain words that she doesn't have the rest of the time - I hate that too, and don't care for Sandra as well. I do like Iron chef the original one. And agree Bobby Flay is a swarmy leprauchan
Totally Good eats with Alton Brown!! He is the best and I love how he explains the science behind cooking! I love how fun and normal/down to earth he is! But not weirdly kooky like Rachel Ray. He makes things I want to eat.
I like Paula, but I will never eat her food. She's just too cute though.
I do kind of like Rachael, but I prefer her when she's travelling (Tasty Travels, $40 a Day) to when she's cooking. I consider myself to be a crappy chef so that's why Rachael appeals to me.
Giada drives me nuts...oh and I think I hate her because she's gorgeous and skinny and can eat all that food she describes...it's not fair!
(but my favorite chef of all time must be Ming Tsai, who competed against Bobby Flay on Iron Chef and has a cool show of his own on Fine Living)
Nigella! I love her. Her recipes are delicious and I find her show so soothing. I also love Ina. I've had good luck with Rachael's recipes, but I find her show a bit much. I enjoy Giada - and like her books.
I love Giada, Nigella Lawson, and Ina Garten. Sometimes Giada's accent on certain words annoys me too (mozzarella and pancetta, for example) but since she was born in Italy and grew up bilingual, I figure she can't help but pronounce Italian properly. I watch Rachel Ray occasionally but she gets so manic and grating.
I think I dislike all of them, yet I watch food network all the time. Most recently, I've been fascinated yet repulsed by Paula Deen's sons. I can't stand they way they talk "Oh, it's sooo good, Bro!" yet I watch their show everytime I catch it..
I don't like watching people gush and moan over food, but I like watching it being prepared. Also, I know a lot of people who work for celebrity chefs and have heard the occassional tale of how they treat people, etc.
Ming Tsai. I think his was the first Food Network show I became addicted to. Watched it today with my daughter, and now I want sushi for dinner! I love to watch Ina Garten as well.
