When and if I work out (which is quite a rare occasion!) I normally wear black yoga-ish pants and a fun beater. And my Addidas running shoes - I thought for about a month that I could be a marathon runner, and spent like $80 on a pair of shoes (the most I've ever spent on shoes). After a few weeks I finally just admitted to myself that I hate running, so now those are just my "general outdoor exercise activity" shoes
I wear a Le Mystere Dream Tisha bra, too. I don't work out nearly enough to justify spending gobs of money on a really good sports bra, but there are a couple versions of the Dream Tisha floating around and I accidentally ordered the wrong one and hate it for everyday use. My boobs look so ugly in it, but it supports better than any other bra, including any sports bras I've tried on.

No socks, really? your feet don't get blister or sweat more? I've seen people do that out and about on the streets and always wondered that. I'm pretty sure my feet would get hella sweaty without socks.
anyways, if I do go I normally wear VS sweats pulled up to my knees with wife beaters or other simple tanks. but now that its getting hot where I live, i need to look for other simple, comfy bottoms to replace sweats. I like the one's Elle posted from Old navy....
Yeah, I'm weird. I can't wear socks and athletic shoes when I work out. My toes feel too confined and my feet feel tight if I have on socks. For cardio, I typically do the elliptical so my feet don't move a lot and there's really not enough friction for blisters. My shoes don't stink so I guess my feet don't sweat a lot. BUT I usually wear socks if I'm wearing sneakers and not working out. I'm a weirdo, what can I say.
For me, it totally depends on the workout. For spinning or kickboxing, fitted pants with a racerback tank. For elliptical/running, shorts and a dri-fit type T-shirt.
I sweat A LOT when I work out, so I like dri-fit type gear. I usually wear capris and a dri fit tank or tee. I love the brands HIND and Underarmour. I always stock up at the REI sales.
my favorite brand is 'Ativa' they have cute, comfortable (workout) clothes.

Since I started running regularly I really have a uniform now. Nike tempo shorts (they make them in a lot of different colors) with the panties built in which is so much more comfortable. Moving comfort Fiona bra (the BEST bra ever). A tank (I have some cotton ones from Academy Sports and some Nike ones) and blister preventing socks! If I'm doing pilates or another class I'll switch to yoga pants (mossimo or VS) because I really don't want to be flashing people during class!
It may not be the sexiest sports bra but it is by far the best one I've ever worn!
I absolutely hate everything I wear. I have been working out religously for 5 years, 4-5 times per week, and maybe I'm just sick of all my work out clothing. For a while I bought everything at Target, but lately I realized that my one staple item, a pair of black reebok biker shorts, fit great, never fade, stretch, etc.
Sooo I have decided to purchase good gear at Nike.com. I bought low rise black capris in dri fit, low rise pants in dri fit, and shorts. Maybe I'll like that stuff better. Usually I pair this stuff with stretch tank tops. I hate wearing baggy clothes when I work out b/c the last thing I want to feel is frumpy or big!
