I knew when I ordered that my merchandise would take a couple of weeks as they make many of thier items to order.  I appreciated the additional communication I received below. Communication of order status = good customer relationship management:

little behind schedule.  Please look forward to seeing your order within

hand-cut + sewn and made in New York.  We will email you with your tracking
number as soon as your order has been shipped.
