cute food ideas for a pink party

We are having a pink cake with pink icing
some pink Ice Cream
pink lemonade with pink heart shaped ice cubes
pink M&Ms
and then just some adult appetizers.

any other ideas for pink food or appetizers?

the colors are light pink, hot pink and red.  Balloons, flowers, party favors, plates, cups, decorations and table cloths.

It is a first birthday party.

assuming the party is for breast cancer, you can do pink circle cookies with nipples, tacky, i know, but i have seen it at a few.
