I'm thinking of purchasing this book. Has anyone here followed his plan? What were your results? I've been working out a lot lately, but I need some direction.
I did body for life a few years back. I didn't lose a ton of weight, about 10lbs, but it did teach me a lot about working out properly and eating. I think I still have the book, if you want I will send it to you just for the cost of shipping. Just pm me if you want it.
Its tough to stay on it (I tried it a couple years ago too) but overall, I think there is sound logic to it and it helps you learn about good eating and working out habits
