What is your screen resolution?

I often wonder this but I've never asked. A lot of times, especially in the shopping threads, people will apologize for "huge pics," but I never think that they're that big or bothersome. I was wondering if this is just me not minding big pics, or having a different resolution than many people? I currently have mine at 1280 x 800 (I don't think that's a standard size, I'm pretty sure my laptop has a wide screen or something. Maybe I'm wrong, though!

1680 x 1050 (wide screen).

i think it has more to do with internet connectivity/speed, since larger pics can take minutes to load on some dial-ups. thank god for T3/DSL!!

some browsers (like firefox) will also automatically resize pics.

The only users who would have problems with large pictures are ones who use dial up.  Is their anybody who still has that?   I would have given up the internet long ago if it wasn't for super high speed!
