I don't know the points value of my lunch. I'm just glad I brought sf jello, 1 pt yogurt and my crawfish etouffee for dinner.

L: grilled chicken skewer with about 1/2 c rice. I ate just the chicken but it looks like something was rubbed on the chicken so I don't know. Maybe 6 pts?? 1 side salad with all of 1 tsp of caesar salad 0 pts? 2 pieces of pita bread ?? 1/2 of a small piece of Baklava ??
*Sigh* I'm biting the bullet and posting - maybe seeing it in writing will stop the insanity. I haven't exercised since last week. I feel like a bloated cow. B: fiber one cereal & milk S: Yogurt L: broccoli soup and 1/2 of a ham & cheese sandwich. Ummmmm, and maybe some of Mr.'s cheese sticks D: In-laws tonight, so probably som'n calorie ridden.
