Special K diet is working at better than expected. The meal bars are really filling so I haven't even been hungry and i've lost 2.5 pounds since Monday!
B: Fiber One cereal & milk. Lunch: Lean Cuisine S: 1 cup Fiber One cereal, no milk D: Sweet & Sour chicken, white rice, salad. E: 20 minutes jog & incline walking on treadmill. 20 min stationary bike

Breakfast: coffee, english muffin w/ egg and lf cheese Lunch: Ground turkey taco meat in hi fiber tortilla w/ cilantro Snack: probably an apple and piece of cheese Dinner: I'm craving oatmeal.
Exercise: None so far. Hoping to do a Pilates DVD tonight and take the Mitch dog for a walk.
