I've been onboard with you all, but I've been using a food journal instead of posting here. I've fallen off track and am making myself post here, because I think it'll make me feel more accountable.
B: Special K Chocolatey delight
S: Special K bar - vanilla crisp
L: Probably more Special K
D: Lean Cuisine garlic cheese pizza
E: Abs and 3-4 miles on treadmill, depending on how tired I am after school (I don't get out until 9:45, blah!)
*I'm not doing the "Special K" diet, honest... I've just become so obsessed; it's so yummy and quick when I'm in a rush.
