i love love love trader joe's. i have turned so many people on to different products that i got a ton of trader joe's gift certificates for christmas. my top three that EVERYONE needs to try:
pinjur (it's a red pepper spread (but more like a chunky mix) that's great with green beans and feta (or laughing cow cheese for a lower fat side dish) warmed in a pan for about two-three minutes. everyone loves it and i always get compliments when i make that side dish. it's in the canned food aisle near the indian food. it's not very spicy but very flavorful.
commondynes (sp?) oat facial cleansing clothes for sensitive skin. this along with my aspirin mask has changed my skin. they are light enough that you can use it as a eye make up remover as well. they are cheap at $3-4.
cilantrodressing. it's in the salad section and it's got just enough of a kick that it's a great substitute for ceasar dressing and only 35 cal.
honorable mentions/staples:
their version of naked juice dr. praeger's veggie burgers veggie corn dogs veggie nuggets soy meatballs (i love with bbq sauce and peppers) spinach pizza (sooo good) key lime cheese cake the bf loves the mandarin chicken frozen fruit for smoothies dry nuts/fruit frozen fish frozen mixed peppers (great for fajitas, warm sandwiches, omlets, pastas) mini pitas whole wheat english muffins teas mini ravioli (dry foods section) indian boxed food (i like the dark blue box i think it's lentil something?) i like bogle chardonnay (also sold for a dollar cheaper at world market)
there's probably like fifty more items but those are my top ones.

I went today after reading this thread! Honestly, I am very rarely disappointed by anything at TJ's. I got:
-mandarin & teriyaki chicken -jasmine rice -chocolate chip/oatmeal cookies -cinnamon/sugar pita crisps (love!) -frozen bananas -grapes -roasted turkey breast -stir-fried vegetables -chicken fajitas -chicken tacos -sparkling lime water -shaving cream (honey & something) -zucchini bread (I am obsessed) -mini cheese pizzas (I think they're Pizza Bambino or something like that. They're great and not that bad for you) -dog treats (Halley loves all the TJ's dog stuff) eta: I also got the Comodynes after reading Shopgirl's rec. I hope I like them!
