L: was very bad. had chinese to celebrate co workers last day.
D: tried to make up for bad lunch--salad w/ avocado, light honey mustard, red onion, goji berries, parmesean, turkey and skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. sooooo good.
E: not sure yet, just bought a new bed so I've been busy purging my room, etc.
I've slipped up a lot lately. I didn't lose any weight last week but I didn't gain either so I guess i can be happy about that. I've decided to try the Special K diet for a couple of weeks.

I'm at home sick today (stupid headaches) so nothing too exciting.

D: veggie stir-fry with tofu and 1 cup brown rice and eh.... about a kazillion chocolate chips left over from the infamous brownie baking expedition. Ugh. I feel disgusting. But chocolate.... yummm.....
