Missoni for Target
Permalink Closed

My Missoni for Target purchases were a mess, frankly.  They shipped me items individually and I would get several packages in a day.  I received multiples of some of the items I ordered and did not receive many of the items I ordered at all (I'm personally still trying to get a couple pieces on ebay like the blue cardigan that goes with the blue maxi dress and the passione/purple flower blouse.)

As the owner of several orange label pieces, I have to say the Target Missoni items are very true to orange label Missoni weight, feel, weave and quality. The biggest difference is fabric content, as the Target Missoni items are mostly rayon and polyester vs. wool, but they had to cut corners somehow to make them more affordable, and the corners cut appears to be the fabric content.

I'm listing what I want to return to give you all an opportunity to purchase some of the items before they go back to the store.  The starting bids simply cover my costs (purchase price, tax, shipping, ebay fees and time.)  Since the hype has settled on this line, prices have gone down and I only listed items that would be worth my while to sell.  Items like the passione chemise are selling for less than the purchase price, so obviously it's in my best interest to just return to the store for a full refund.
