STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I just wanted to say what great customer service they have.  I order from them a lot and they've always been great but my last order with them really reinforced how nice they are to deal with.  I ordered a few dresses and I was going to pick one to wear for Chhristmas Eve and return the rest, which I did.  But, I accidently ended up returning the two dresses I didn't wear (worth about $300) after the 30 day return limit.  I called customer service in order to see if I could actually get a refund or if I was going to have to just get a store credit since I returned the items late.  Basically they said they had already processed my return and I had been given a full credit, no problem.  So anyway, something happened with them processing my credit and it took a week for it to show up on my credit card so as an apology they sent me a 30% off discount code for my next purchase.  It's so nice to deal with a company that truly appreciates its customers.
