my mom ordered my sister a few mugs for christmas (it was about $40) and they sent her a pair of $250 boots by mistake! And they were her size and she loved them. Customer service was like, whatever, our mistake.

This just happened to me with Victorias Secret. My husband had ordered me a $40 pair of VS boots, but they sent me a $200 pair of Uggs. I was like "Yay me!" Stuff like that never happens to me, so I was really excited.
Haha.. similar stuff happened to my brother from Finish Line
He told customer service, and the rep actually asked him to return it.. but the rep was too dumb to figure out how to get my brother to return it without him paying for shipping, so he was like, "Whatever, I'm keeping it."
The same thing happened to me w/ Anthro about a year ago. I bought a pair of their Louis brand jeans on sale for $39 online. They sent me a pair of trousers that they had on the site for $158. I tried to exchange because I really wanted the jeans, but they were out of my size so they let me keep the trousers.
The funny thing was that the customer service rep kept insisting that they sent me the jeans. At least 5 times I had to say, "No, I have the package right here and they are difinitely not Louis jeans."

They actually can not make you return something that was their fault. If they made a mistake they have to eat the cost.
