Generally I aim for 2 weeks before, it just depends on how busy I get.  I've been know to send them out a few days before (better late than never, right?).

Normally, I like to send them two weeks before, but I'm still waiting for my cards to arrive.  I ordered them from a store based in Oregon, so they have a long way to travel.

I send them about 3 weeks before. That's because the mail around here is so slow who knows when they will really get to people.

i usually try to send mine the week before the holiday. i like them to arrive when things are really starting to get festive. i recieved two cards the day after thanksgiving this year and almost threw up. i love thanksgiving and hate when people rush it away

but this year... i'm sending mine in january with a "happy winter" greeting because i know i won't have time to get them out for the holidays. and i'm in a no-stress holiday mood this year.

Ahhh! I saw Christmas stuff in stores before halloween this year
But I guess I always figure my friends know when Christmas is! I'd think it weird to get them the day after Thanksgiving, too
