holidays are coming up, girls...lets get back into this before its completely impossible!!
I'm doing the WW core plan again. Started yetserday and so far I'm doing pretty well.
Today:
B: coffee L: brown rice topped with garlic-lime shrimp and sauteed veggies D: homemade crab and corn chowder, ham and asparagus tartines (count 3 points for bread and cheese)
E: ran 2 miles. (2 aps). I know its not much, but I'm just getting into running. If I get really bored later, I might do some yoga too (sitting at home with nothing to do is a little overrated...)
