Ok I had to rant because I am pissed. I ordered a pair of boots from them on Oct 3rd. After ordering the boots I recieved an email saying that they were backordered and would be sent to me within 2 weeks of my order date. Well today after a MONTH of waiting I call them because I have not recieved the boots AND no one has notified me of any further delay.

The sales rep informs me that they wont ship now until NOV 25th- (basiclly 2 months after I ordered them)

I am so PISSED OFF. I think that is the worst service! When I informed them of how unacceptable that was the response I got was "oh well" .
