the leather quality is amazing and i love the color, but it's too long.

Two Kenneth Cole bags, both from eBay. When I have seen KC bags (the regular line, not the cheaper "reaction" line), they've been wonderfully soft and lovely. But both of these are very stiff and not at all what I expected. No more KC on eBay. I'll just have to buy in person from now on!

A Betsey Johnson jersey dress from a sample sale last month. I was excited because it seemed to fit well and I have a heck of a time finding dresses that fit but after getting it home I realized that the fit isn't that great and it's not really my style. I did wear it to a concert at Carnegie Hall so it wasn't a total loss but I think I'm going to sell it on Ebay or at a consignment shop.
A white cotton jacket from Anthro that was $120. I'm terrified to wear it, terrified I'll stain it or lose a button. It has a million buttons, but only came with one extra. I have worn it once to work and once out, but now I'm too afraid to wash it.
An H & M white work shirt that's not very flattering. I thought it was cute-boxy at the store, so I kept it past the return date, and now when I try it on I realize it's just boxy-boxy (minus the cute!).
My grey Chloe tote. It was the 60% off price and the color that got me. I like it but I don't *love* it. I would rather have the money back to use toward something I love.

I came, I saw, I did a little shopping.
Undies from Victorias secret. I always wear hanky panky's but the sales girl told me there newer version on the hanky panky fit was more comfortable. THEY SUCK!!!!! I got suckered into the 3/$30 deal. I only wore one pair , but I just cant return underwear even it it isnt worn. Its just to gross. So now I am stuck with them ....
most of the crap I bought on a F21 spree a couple months ago. I was desperate for tops and sweaters and everything in sight was $20, so I basically just wound up buying a lot of cheap crap that I didn't really like that much after the shopping haze wore off. (Which was not till after I'd cut all the tags off, naturally.)

Well, F21's return policy SUCKS so maybe you saved yourself the hassle? Trying to find the bright side .

I bought a beautiful red and hot pink metallic trina turk party dress last december...and really didn't have a great place to wear it...I am going to wear it to a wedding this december...but I love it and it's gorgeous...it's just not the sort of dress you can wear a lot in LA :)
I will update this with pics...it's so beautiful that I'm feeling neglectful just thinking about it!
frye engineer boots for my husband for xmas. what he really wants is a new ipod - I don't think getting shoes for christmas elicits the same excitement for him as it would for me

Without naming names, pointing fingers, or incriminating myself, let me answer this question simply by saying: it's dumb to buy shoes that are the wrong size, no matter how cute or how cheap.

I really have no defense for myself...
Suasoria, I laughed when I read that! I've been tempted to do that myself. Actually, I have. I bought a pair of Delman flats that were half a size too big. I used about three heel liners in an attempt to make them smaller, but it never quite worked.
I regret a lot of the shirts I've bought from Target, because they haven't washed well. And my new Dolce Vita boots, because the leather inside one of them is ripping! (and I still find it hard to walk in them)

The two TMX Elmo's that I bought on Ebay for 110.00 dollars apiece. I bought them back in October when everyone was going crazy for them. I thought I'll buy them now at this price and then up the price around Christmas time. Yeah right!!!! Now people are bidding them on Ebay for around 40-50 dollars. *Sigh* doh:
A grey cape I bought at a small boutique in St. Marks for $180. I only wore it twice. I was thinking of ebaying it but I would def. not get as much money as i would like for it since the designer is not that well known. Black oxford heels just because I have no idea what to wear it with. MUst think before I buy!!
