I have lots of ideas! I snack pretty much all day at work, rather than eat one big meal, so I have lots of options nearby.
Try low-fat string cheese, Trader Joe's trail mix (they have so many kinds, so you can mix it up and never get bored), grapes, pudding cups, almonds or cashews, baby carrots, or dried fruit. If you have a microwave, I also recommend keeping low-fat microwave popcorn at your desk -- it fills you up and is relatively low in calories. Hope this helps!
Flavored instant oatmeal if I don't have time for breakfast...Trader Joe's trailmix - the one with cranberries and chocolate...little greek yogurts...luna bars...valrhona extra dark chocolate as an emergency :)
*fruit - i always have apples and bananas, plus whatever is in season (berries, nectarines, plums, etc) *low fat, no added sugar yogurt *hard boiled eggs *string cheese and baby bonbel light cheese *Trader Joe's crackers *hummus *Luna Bars *cereal bars *protein powder *rice cakes *whatever leftovers we have at home
Lately I'm a fan of the "100 Calorie packs" from Nabisco. Since they're individually packaged I can control the portions I eat instead of opening a big sack of cheese-its and munching on them all day!
I also like to keep baby carrots, sugarsnap peas, and other raw veggies to munch on in the fridge. I also have odwella and luna nutrition bars for when I skip breakfast or after I work-out.
