Ok, ladies, I seriously need to get back to it. Got on the scale this morning & gained back 1 of my pounds, but I swear it was worth it! Over the course of the weekend I had fried shrimp, the BEST soft shell crab I've ever eaten, shrimp, crab & corn soup - do you see the trend here? Plus my stepmom made mashed potatoes with potatoes that my day grew - right out of the garden - and they had so much butter & pet milk in them - my goodness they were TDF! Plus I drank very little water (groddy well water, no bottled available unless I stopped at a store daily - which I did!)
So back to the grind!
B: egg beaters w/ cheese & bacon - 5 pts L: Bacon sandwich with tomatoes & mayo- 6 pts (i have NO groceries) D: ?

Sigh. I fell off the bandwagon this week, I snoozed my alarm for the 2nd time in a row, DH keeps cranking up the AC and it gets really cold and I feel all warm and fuzzy in my blankets and dont want to get up.
As for my diet, I didnt do too well today:
B: snacked on 2 spoonfuls of Carb Options PB
L: Nick & Willys Spicy Veggie Pizza, Personal Pan Size
