i think i ate too much ice cream last night after having been really good and healthy for weeks and now my stomach hurts. what should i eat/drink today to make myself feel better (or at least to not feel worse)??

my friend told me to get ginger ale and sip slowly and to stay away from anything greasy.
as for the lactose intolerance, i never used to be, then all of a sudden i was and then all of a sudden i wasn't anymore and now i'm thinking i am again?? bizarre!
