B: 1 flax seed waffle; 1 tablespoon whipped pb
L: veggie meatballs & veggie; 3/4 cup brown rice with soy; bun with sweet soy beans (ouch but sooo good!)
D: 2 whole grain tortillas; 1/2 cup ff refried beans; 1/4 cup rf cheese; piece of dark chocolate
E: gym for cardio and either more cardio when I get home in the form of a bike ride or legs, whichever I feel like
