I have a "10 minute solution" dvd that has 5, 10 minute work outs, bookcamp, pilates, ballet, kickboxing and yoga. I like the yoga and ballet ones in the morning. Everything is slow and stretchy and nice, and it's really easy to follow. The pilates you might be able to do in the morning, but I'm not too big into pilates... The other work outs are great too, but not for the morning.
