I was at home for lunch and I got a bit of the Tyra show. They had some celebrity fitness guy on there who talked about his 5 something program. I can't remember. There should be 5 meals a day, each meal should only take 5 minutes or less to make and with 5 or fewer ingredients. I like the 5 minutes part.
Anyway, for breakfast he made a berry smoothie simply with berries, water, and whey powder.
For lunch he made a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, ff mozarella cheese, and turkey pepperoni (oh and pretty much any dressing as long as there's not too much of it).
For dinner (the subject of my post) he made a salmon dish. He put a piece of salmon (fairly large sized, actually) in a microwave safe container, put dijon mustard all over it, coated it with Mrs. Dash to make a kind of crust, squeezed some lemon juice on it, and put it in the microwave (what the?) for 4 minutes and it was ready.
So what do y'all think? Can you make fish in the microwave? Has anyone tried it? Does it come out rubbery or what? I'm so curious now!
