It's kind of late in the day so I'm not sure if anyone will respond but I'm going to list anyway.

S: rf string cheese, almonds (I was starving this morning for some reason)
L: greek salad with chicken; 1/2 pita
D: open but it will be south beach friendly
E: none. It's Friday. I can't very well be expected to workout on such a good day as Friday, can I?
B: eggbeaters and turkey bacon
L: turkey breast wrap and baked lay's from subway
S: peanut butter
D: broiled fish, spinach salad
workout: 1 mile run and 1 hour with personal trainer
