E: none. I have to work late and then do some crazy baby gift shopping before I have to meet a friend at 7:30, which, incidentally, I pushed back so I could go workout before meeting her. Nice, eh? This week sucks.
I'll do this but it feels more like a true confession than a healthy eating plan.

B: kashi go lean crunch with blackberries - I measured the portions out so it is 3 pts today
L: yogurt- 2 pts, monterey chicken - 6pts
D: chicken salad at buffalo wild wings and a bud light or two.
E: I'm thinking its not happening since I probably won't get home till close to 6 and have to go to bww for 7. If I do any it will be weights on my shoulders but tomorrow since its friday I'm going to go longer for cardio and then do weights on legs, chest/back, and stomach.

I was very good when FH was gone about eating - why is it always easier when you're alone? Distraction? Anyhoo, now we begin on the Clean Out the Pantry project .

D: ww spaghetti w/ tomato sauce, steamed broccoli
E: 1.5 mile walk today, weights 'cause I didn't do them yesterday

b- 3 egg whites w/ mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, bit of mozzarella, coffee
s- 1/2 cup plain oatmeal w/ sugar free syrup
l- ww pita w/ roasted red pepper hummus, lettuce, feta, black olives
s- protein shake (frozen mixed berries, protein powder, tropicana light berry only 10 calories).
d- salad w/ black beans, corn, cheese, salsa, 1/2 cup mexican rice
e- 3 mile run, 30 minutes elliptical (10 minutes w/ high resistance). 30 min. r/t walk to gym
fitday says: 1375 calories
